Hanwha: More than Cameras

Hanwha Vision booth
March 10, 2026

Hanwha’s project protection model, in-person regional support and quality product line give integrators like you real backing before the bid…and real protection after the win.

Hanwha support that helps today, tomorrow and into the future

Selling a security system isn’t just about picking the right hardware. It’s about backing, protection and knowing you’re not on your own when the job gets serious. Hanwha ticks all those boxes and we’re big fans of the priority they place on supporting integrators like you. Here’s what that actually means.

You’re not selling alone

Support isn’t a help desk number or a confusing online portal with a chatbot. It’s people.

Hanwha has invested real coverage in this region:

  • Two regional sales managers
  • A dedicated sales engineer
  • Two manufacturer representatives focused on helping integrators win projects

That’s not thin territory support. That’s depth. And it’s particularly impressive since we all know Wisconsin isn’t the largest market. Add dedicated assistance from Capital Electric and all of a sudden, you’re not navigating a line by yourself. You’ve got a network in your corner. You have local inventory, real-time pricing help, design input when you need it and someone who’ll step in if a job gets complicated. When questions come up mid-bid or mid-install, you’re not waiting days for an answer from a distant corporate office. That kind of backing changes how confidently you can position a system.

A complete system, not just a camera line

Hanwha, of course, isn’t a one-trick pony or a one-product play. On the video side, their video management system (VMS), Wisenet WAVE, supports up to 256 IP streams per server and integrates directly with Hanwha NVRs and analytics. It’s designed to scale without becoming complicated. Add the AI plug-in and video becomes searchable via real-world attributes like people, vehicles, license plates, even clothing color or mask detection. That moves the conversation beyond “can we record it?” to “can we actually find it?”. Another level of On the access control side, OnCAFE provides cloud-based door control, multi-site deployment options, and flexible hardware configurations.

Taken together, that’s video, AI and access control under one ecosystem. No need to stitch together disconnected platforms and hope they play well together.

That said…

Hanwha is built to integrate, not trap you

One of the quieter strengths of the platform is flexibility. OnCAFE follows industry standards like ONVIF and supports interoperable hardware options.

Translation: You’re not forced into a full rip-and-replace conversation just to move a customer forward.

If a site is expanding, upgrading or modernizing in phases, you have room to work. That lowers resistance in sales conversations and reduces risk during transitions.

Pop in and see it in action

Specs and brochures only go so far.

We have Hanwha hardware installed in our showroom. If you want to compare image quality, talk through project registration, see what OnCAFE access control is all about or walk through a live system, we’ll sit down with you and build it out together. The goal isn’t to push a brand. It’s to give you a line you can sell with confidence, backed by real protection, real support and real people who answer the phone.

Give us a call at (262)788-9700, we’re happy to chat.
